Q: Discoid lupus and latent tb

I have discoid lupus, latent tb...blood test positive, initial sputum test neg waiting for final test results but getting put on medicine for latent soon...off steriods getting put on anti malaria next month...undiagnosed lung problem..trouble breathing laying down, wicked cough...massive fatigue, arthritis, reynaulds, tacycardia (heart speeds up) mitrol valve prolapse...etc. etc..did a blood test..came back high hgb high hct high amylase (dont even know what this is....) anyone understand the high hgb high hct and high amylase wbc at 6.38 PLEASE Help! COPD ruled out...tested for everything...aids, hepatitis etc etc..all negative...have alot of other blood test results some are on the low end, some high but all within the guidelines listed. I am getting so upset that i just dont have an answer for whats going on with me...i am sick enough i got disability the first time based on so many things wrong...new doc says he is confident all is related to lupus so why dont i have the blood work i see other lupus patients have...
