So I have had Discoid and Systemic Lupus for several years. (Roughly 4 1/2 years) I have been going into remission and been told that I will be starting to wean off my medicine (Hydroxychloroquine) for good soon.
Anyways, I just noticed that the soul of my right foot is turning white and has been for a couple of weeks. (A friend of mine has another autoimmune disease -Vitiligo- that kinda looks like this.) I have been under a lot of stress lately and my malar rash has shown up and disappeared a little. I am wondering if this white spot could be because of lupus. If so what should I do?
