Q: discharge when egg is released ?

My quick question is this: When the egg actually leaves the body, is it in a mucus discharge or some type of glob. I had heard this and did not know if it was true. Thanks.

If an egg isn't fertilized, it dies- and breaks up. The egg is absorbed and released with the uterine lining (your period)

So you shouldn't ever see an "egg" or anything like that, it's just disintegrated and part of the period blood. If you see lumps, it's a clot or dried blood, and not a big deal.
