I have been on and off sick for weeks. I have a terrible cough and just recently lost my fever. My period normally lasts 13 to 14 days. I have thin blood so I assume that's okay. But for the past 9 days I thought I was on my period exept I'm not really sure. Its solid black. I haven't cramped, craved, or done any of my usual pms stuff. I've googled it for days and nothing has been helpful so I need someone to tell me whats wrong.

Hey, you most definitely need to go see a doctor. The fact that you have been sick off and on for weeks is a good reason to see someone. You more than likely have some type of infection going on since you have had a fever and have been coughing. Also, your periods last 13 to 14 days? That is an awful long time. I have seen women get anemic from their periods being unusually long and heavy over a period of time. You might want to ask about having a CBC or at least a hemoglobin & hematocrit level drawn. Please go to the doctor! No one could possibly diagnose you over the internet. Good luck and I hope you get well soon!

UPDATE
okay so i had this weird discharge for 11 days. then for the following 9 i had heavy blood. then it slowed for a day or two and then after i didnt notice anymore. this whole thing lasted 22 days. now im getting my pd symptoms: my cravings, cramps, etc. but i went to the doctor and she said it was old blood and that she couldnt do anything til she got my paper work on my blood disease(thin) b/c most patients like me take birth control to stop the blood but i cant have it or "it could cause a blood clot in my brain" or somethin like that. so i feel like im still on my pd and i feel terrible and my doc isnt helpin very much cuz she still hasnt called back bout my records so i dont know. i feel sick to my stomach and i cramp terribly at the moment. i just want this to stop.
