Well because you are sixteen your body is still changing and therefore slightly more discharge could well be normal and spotting can be ok too. However since the discharge is smelly, that could be a sign of infection, i suggest that you see your doctor just to be on the safe side, have you kept your smears up to date? There is a chance you just have a small infection that can be treated easily if caught quickly! If you have any questions feel free to ask.

well okay so you don't think it would be any STD or anything? I haven't had any smears yet I don't think. What do they exactly do with the smear?

Your doctor or nurse will bascically just check for changes in the cells of your cervix. Usually for infections and cervical cancer, however i am afraid if you wish to know more than i suggest you research it because i dont actually know much about the topic so i dont want to give you any false information. If your having sex theres always a chance of getting STIs/STDs. I just suggest that you go to your doctor as it could just be something small like thrush for example but your doctor may wish to take a swab to check. Good luck!
