IM a 28 year old man who is single and works in sales.I have a semi stressfull job but the worst thing is my diet can be mixed and more then likely not the best due to my hours and facilities.

Also during the weekend although my eating habits are alot better,i do go out with friends and drink alcohol well beyond my reccomended weekly units one night if not two nights a week.

over the past month,i have noticed oily discharges comming from my poo and even when i dont i seem to have alot of diarreah in the mildest case...im in no stomach cramps or anything just a very varied poo pattern.

also i have noticed that when wiping i have noticed tiny blood marks the size of a markers dot at the end of the toilet roll..I am worried about this but when this happens it goes away again and i disregard it.it has now happened several times.

Wha would you suggest?

It will be a good idea to get checked for your pancreatic function.
Its impaired function or pancreatic insufficiency is condition when the pancreas doesn't produce and transport enough digestive enzymes to break down food in the intestine and to allow its absorption.
Patient with this condition have loose, fatty, foul-smelling stools.
Pancreatic insufficiency results due to recurrent acute pancreatitis or by chronic pancreatitis due to a variety of conditions.
Alcohol consumption in excessive amounts with time can cause serious pancreatic damages.
Blood on toilet can be a sign of hemorrhoids, that can be a side effect of chronic loose stools or chronic diarrhea (if you don't have anal pain, but only blood on toilet, you are most likely suffering from inner hemorrhoids).

Best wishes!
