Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
If discharge is foul smelling, yellow, greenish or associated with itching, burning, rashes and swelling in vagina, then it is indicative of infection post hysterectomy.
Discuss your symptoms with your treating gynecologist, get tests done on the discharge to see if it is due to infection. The tests done will help in identifying the causative organism to get you started on appropriate treatment.
