Q: Discharge after antibiotics for BV

I was prescribed antibiotics about a week and a half ago because my pap smear results indicated that I had bacterial vaginosis. I have been finished my antibiotics for about 4 days already and I am still having slight discharge with no odour. I was just wondering if it will take a while longer for it to go away or if I could have a more serious problem? Or is it a possibility that the antibiotics didnt cure the BV?

Does anyone please have any advice? I havent made a docs appointment yet but I am planning on it, and until them I would LOVE to have some insight, maybe someone else has this problem? ALSO, I noticed a couple days ago a cut like slit near my clitoris which I believe is called a fissure, it was really red and look somewhat like a papercut. I am still extremely itchy and red down there and still have a thick white discharge that is mostly located near my vulva. I am just super confused because my last pap test results were clear of all STD's and I was diagnosed with BV, and was prescribed antibiotics. What is going on down there? I am extremely worried Sad Any tips would be helpful at this point!
