Discarge and smell not fishy

Hello,

I have hpv and have been tested for it and its the kind that only pop up when your pregnant. I was with a nasty person and ended up getting yest and bv and who knows what else. I havent been tested for stds yet because it is costly. But i was tested not to long ago and was with the same person i got the yest and bv from at the time. All test where neg. Maybe i have another hpv type infecting me. I'm worried. My dr. Treated me and i still have a smell. It taste sour. Yes i tasted it i want if you cant taste yourself. Then you shouldn't taste no one else. My pee has quite a sent to i not for sure how to put it but its tart smelling. My belly button seems to be smell too like the infection is over taking everything. Like could i still have bv, Or a UTI. I hope its not a std or hiv or warts. Yet i have this mistery bump that kind of white headed and hard and doest go away. When my hpv shown when i was pregnant i use to be vinger on it to make them go away. stupid i know but when you feel so ashamed you do stupid things to make them go away. So it could be a scar but i dont know. It happend when i had sex again when i was pregnant with ex and he left for home in fl and i stayed far away. Possible he could cheat on me. Could i have an anal infection because he did anal once. Then i wouldn't let him do it again because it was odd. Like he was a gay or something jk i just hate him. this is just depressing I want this gone. Why should i be punished for his sins. ppl today are horrid. I don't have sex anymore and dont wish to anytime soon. For the fact i have hpv and worried to hurt someone else. Unlike the person that gave it to me. My discharge is just white cloudy and bitter tasting. If it sounds like Pelvic inflammatory D.
