L3-L4 - Disc desiccation. Mild generalized disc bulge with superimposed small central disc protrusion and left paracentral annular tear. Disc material mildly indents the ventral thecal sac and abuts but not significantly displace the traversing L4 nerve roots. Mild central canal narrowing.

L4-L5 - Disc desiccation. Disc protrusion, eccentric to right. narrowing of central canal. Nerve root escape w/o mass-effect.

L5-S1 - Disc desiccation. Left paracentral annular tear and shallow disc protrusion.

5cm lipoma in right sacroiliac region - tender to touch. After minipulation, lower back pain excruciating. Right buttock, calf and foot pain.

The MRI shows the above condition as mild, however, the pain is excruciating. Why?
Thank you.

Need answer quickly!
L5-S1 - Disc desiccation. Left paracentral annular tear and shallow disc protrusion. Can this be caused by lifting something or is this just some type of disease that just occurs? Please write me.
