Hi, I had a fall , actually a couple of falls in which I have really injured my back. Last mri last month tells me L 4-5 have a 5mm bulge on the right and an 8mm on the left. How far can a bulge go before it damages nerves. Of cource this varies in each person. But, I am concerned as to the leg pain I am already having.
