Q: disappearing semen

I really have no idea where to post this so I figured I'd start here. The other day my partner came in me. We laid there for awhile and when I got up nothing came out. Where did his semen go? Strange question I know. I'm curious to know if it's still in me, my body absorbed it, or maybe it trickled out when we were lying there. Does that happen? Can it be absorbed that fast?
