6 months ago i was diagnosed with multiple gallstones and gallbladder polyps. Refused surgery and changed diet. Another ultrasound test revealed no polyps and one 3mm stone. In pain daily with severe RUQ pain and severe abdomial pains. I have been on no medication.Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Welcome to ehealthforum

Multiple gall stones and polyps definitely require treatment as they cannot be dissolved by themselves.In the repeat USG it might be possible they were in such a position that were not visible.A HIDA scan would get a better view.Sometimes excess gas also prevents view.
Since you have pain consider going for a surgery for removal.
