Q: Disabled due to Lupus

I was dx w/ Lupus on 12/11/2008 due to "unexplained" black outs, chronic fatigue, dizzness, nausea, mood swings, depression & body changes in general. I lost 40lbs in 30days, not knowing why, just thought it was work. I had a lupus flare on the 13th of February 2009 & have not been back to work. I have a meeting w/ Social Security on Monday, March 9th. Is it possible that I can no longer work? Where I was employed was very stressful, from what I hear lupus is a stress induced disease. What are my options? I feel so helpless Rolling EyesI am not a lazy person, nor do I wish to be on "Govermemnt Assistance" What should I do?Thanks in advance
