Q: dip/depression on skull

OK, So the dip/depression on my skull has always been there. Its not that pronounced but its been there all my life.

However, recently, I seem to get a stiff neck a lot and also what appears to be a dull pain or ache around this area of my head. You know what I'm thinking, brain tumour etc. which is a bit worrying...
