Hi my husband has been a diabetic since he was 6 he is now 29.When he was 16 and 21 his doctor told him he might not be able to have children. Although he has never been tasted. His body seems very immature. Like he has no body hair(except on lower region and arm pits). He is also not very devoloped. He is about 4". And that is if we really try for it. He has been considered a brittle diabetic his whole life. Once spent a whole year in the hospital.(his fourth grade year). He went to a check up ten years ago when he was 19 and his testicals were considered large. He is also very bitter tasting..... what is the likelyhood of him not being able to have children or is there a vitamin that can help(with anything)

Diabetes can affect the quality of sperm and fertility. I would suggest he talk to his endocrinologist and see a urologist to be tested. If he has been seeing an endo all along, and keeping his blood sugars under control, thers is a good change he'd be perfectly fine to father children.
