Q: difficulty reaching orgasms and ejaculation!

My boyfriend has exctreme diffuculty reaching an orgasm .. and especially in ejaculating sperm! It is definately not stress or nerves - as he can maintain an erection tight through our lovemaking

Does anyone have an answer / solution please?

does he take any kind medication daily? Some meds are known to lower the sex drive such as antidepressants.

Try making yourself or have him give you an orgasm b4 you start making love or if you dont use lube try that and make sure you dont use too much lube.

Hey larikiss, if this is not stress then it may be some hormonal imbalancing. Very first try foreplay, oral sex before making love. As hormones are responsible for functioning of male genital functions. Other reasons may be smoking or alcohol but if you feel nothing from that than why don't you try for some herbal treatment for him. As you can consult doctor also but if you feel hesitated then you can go for some online solutions.

Hi larikiss, just want to tell you one thing. Love him passionately as much you can, try to make him reactive and try foreplay or feeling him enhanced through playing with genitals orgasms. Don't opt for prescriptive medicines as herbal pills to some extent you can think and try as they does not have side effects.
