Q: Difficulty ejaculating

I am still a virgin at 32 and when i try to have sex with my girlffriend my penis does not stay hard long enough and for me you cum i must ejaculate alittle longer than before.. This has never been like this before. I try to stay relaxed but during but still it doesnt get hard...please help me i feel bad as i was to enjoy the same please as my girlfriend does....

It might be helpful if it was reported exactly how much longer you need to ejaculate than before. The sexual arousal is affected by the male sexual hormone, testosterone. It is produced at its peak in the puberty. Afterwards, the production decreases and the stimulation is less.


You might have a longer foreplay in order for you to achieve an erection easier and to shorten the time needed to ejaculate. You might also want to visit a sex therapist in order to find out how to increase the sexual pleasure, which might turn out to be effective.
