hello stress can cause various disorders and unfortunately breathing problems are one of them..i suffered palpitations and chest pain if really stressed out and the shakes..
i was put on medication from my doctor and it helped greatly..the root of the problem why anyone sufferes attacks needs to be investigated..i was stressed due to marriage break up and things not dealt with that happened in the past..
councilling sorted me out and citralopam ( think thats right spelling) was my medication.
hopes this helps you.
