My boyfriend has the usual pollen/mold/etc. allergies and we just found out he is allergic to cats. We have several cats and would hate to have to give them up since we adopted them from a shelter when they were kittens. He loves them but doesn't really know what he could take to help with the cat allergy since he is also allergic to Benadryl and Penicillin. If anyone knows of anything that could take that would make it possible to keep the cats that would be great. Thank you!!!

He is probably experiencing worse allergic reactions, since allergies have cumulative effect (every new allergen will add to the intensity of allergic reactions to the old allergens).
It is very possible that his allergy to cats will get worse over time.
He may ask for immunotherapy, specifically known as hyposensibilization for cats.

i can show you a better way
he is just like i was, 300 alergy tests & years of imunotherapy & no better, until,i discovered the following alkalizing, water in water out,& unprocessed natural salt, Go study these on the net & you will learn how to return his/your immune system to what it should be, oh & you might as well go to the educational site ithyroid.com where you can learn mineral balance & the importance of it because it's all related to the thyroid & it's relativity to your digestive system. 1 more thing helicobacter pylori parasites, it's said that 50% of the population has this & it's reaping havoc without us knowing. im here if you want more help!
God Bless.
