For the last 6 months my bowel movements have become very difficult to have. When I go to have a bowel movement, my stools are so hard that they don't want to come out. I can sit up to 20 minutes trying to push my stools out. There are moments after 20 minutes that I still haven't gotten my stool out. During this process it becomes painful for the stool to come out. Sometimes after the 20 minutes I have finally completed the bowel movement and than when I wipe myself there is a little bit of blood. Now there has been a few times after the 20 minutes, I have had to assist w/my bowel movement. If I try to get up w/out completing the bowel movement I'm in pain and discomfort. To assist my bowel movements, I need to get a glove and use my hand to remove the stool and that process can take up to another additional 10 minutes. And of course I have a lot of blood and their are small blood clots on the glove when I'm done. I'm just getting so frustrated with this whole thing! I do have plans to get the doctor soon.

Now right now I'm dealing with a chronic pain condition called Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. Also have a lot of neck and back problems. Due to all of this I'm very stressed out along with life's stresses.

I'm taking a few medications to help with my health problems. I take 40mgs of the Oxycontin, 3-10 of Perrocets, 4mg of Tiziadine, 60 mgs of Cymbalta and 25mg of Topmax.

Any help or information would be much appreciated.
