im a 37yr old with 1 huge testical and 1 small one.
the small 1 stays up more than down.
i have no pain and can get an erection without any problem.
also my foreskin has never peeled right back when erect and this has had a very bad effect on my love life because im scared and embaressed.
what can i do????
