different size pupils, headaches, lower back pain for years

I have had different size pupils since mid march, constant headaches (lasting as long as 5 weeks) I have had lower back pain for many years and in the past few weeks I have been getting back pain on the left side by my bra strap. It is like a numbing but burning pain in this one area. I have had 2 CT scans and there is nothing wrong in my head according to those. I have an MRI in September so I have to just deal with everything and wait... Could any of this be related?
