okkk so i am new to the forum .. hoping to learn some stuff. i've always been very thin until about 7 months ago when I quit smoking. I've never worried about eating or nutrition until now. I want to lose the extra 15 i put on but am really struggling. I am working on a regular exercise routine but i have a question about my diet. whats the best diet to be on in order to lose weight? i guess what i mean is like should i be high protein? low carbs? mostly fruits and veggies? i want to lose weight but also stay healthy. whats the best proportions and percentage of food groups?
