I just been diagonised that I have gout.
It all began that I felt pain in my left foot like burning pain, as well as swelling, redness in the ankle and inflammation mostly in the upper part of the foot but not in the joints of the big toe.
I done the blood test and Uric acid was found to be 524.
My Doctor told me to make a reduction in consumption of alcohol or better no alcohol at all. No red meat and to decrease my weight as i'm overweight.
As this is my first experience and has no knowledge at all of this condition I wish that someone could help me in making a a week's diet programme of what to eat morning/afternoon/evening that help me loose weight and on the other hand to be healthy for my condition.
Thanks in advance.
