Q: diet pills and infertility ?

i just turned 18 and i was taking chinese herbal diet pills for a week.. and then i got brown discharge which scared me.. im supposed to have my period.. but im sure it's not pregnancy because im not sexually active.. so i researched about it and i've read something about impotence.. this is my worst fear, i love kids and i want to have them in the future.. but my pills are working, they stopped me from excessive eating.. im still thinking on whether i should stop taking them or not..
