Ok here is my situation. I am 6â1 weigh 185 lbs. I have a cruise in 3 weeks and would like to shed some fat and get the muscle showing. By no means am I fat and I have been working out for around 2 months now but not to religiously. Recently this past week I have been working out about 5 days a week with weight lifting and running typically at the gym for 2.5 hours a day. Also I have a diet all planned out for the next 3 weeks to go along with the work out. My question isâ¦ are there any supplements or fat burn pills that you guys know of that would go along with the diet and exercise? I know a pill alone wonât do much but I figure combine the three and it should be a great combination.
