I am not sure but I dont think its that easy to dissolve them, there is medication I think, but I am not sure it has a good success rate and the stones quite often reform anyway within 5yrs. You really need to talk to a doctor about that one.
Gallbladder diet, if you google this you will come with lots of so called gallder diets all of which contradict each other. Think the best thing to do is have a generally low fat diet, keep a food diary and see what you can tolerate personally.

Definitely a Low Fat Diet... very low. I really didn't want surgery. I did a couple olive oil/lemon juice & apple juice flushes and even a 5-day Liver Flush Detox. Everything was fine due to the fact I wasn't really eating anything. I lost 15 lbs (which I didn't really have to lose) and the moment I had an ounce of fat it landed me in the ER. I ended up having my surgery 6/25/09. And after seeing my stones (i got to take home 2 of my multiple large stones) they were too big to get thru my Common Bile Duct which would have definitely put me in the ER having emerg surgery! They were like a regular big/hard rock you find outside. Best thing to do is have an Ultrasound to confirm how many and how big the stones are. Then discuss with your surgeon. As for medicine (which I asked) it's for the elderly that can have surgery and it's very expensive and you'll need to take it the rest of your life sorry. Have an Ultrasound done... you'll feel better knowing more. Good luck!
