When I turned 16 I stopped sporting, and because of medical conditions i spend most of my time on a chair. Now i am 20 years old, and I wanna sport again.
This 4 year gap of not sporting, did u think it had some negative effects for now?
Because I heard its bad when u didnt sport when u were young.
I have this funny stomach now, and i train quit decent. But it doesnt go away
