Did I have Inactive TB based from my Chest Xray Result?

I'm Roxanne, 29 years old from Philippines.
I'm worried and need your expertised regarding my Chest Xray Result which contain an Impression by my Radiologist:
1. Fibrosis on my Right Upper Lung
2. Pleurodiaphragmatic Adhession, Right

Questions:
1. Are these signs and symptoms that I have an Inactive TB?
2. Is this curable?
3. Can I still work as a Food and Beverage Attendant? Am I still qualified if I'm planning to work overseas particularly in Canada, a colder place?

Pls help me out..Need your help...Pls do clear my anxieties and worries..
