I have suffered on and off from GAD and panic disorder for almost 9 year I am 27 now. I have taken prozac paxil effexor citalopram cymbalta now and I know there are a few more in there I can't remember The only thing that stops the attacks and gets me out is something with a calming effect.
Doctors and anyone I talk to has had great sucess with antidepressants and panic. I don't know what to do. Is this heard of?
