hi doctor thank you so much for the help on this forum i have two questions .First of all i exoperience abdominal pain on my right side its been going on for 3 months and worsens everytime i have sex.whenever i experience too much pain water comes out of my private parts not much though

The second questin recently i was having diarrhoea i dont know if it was because of the food i ate coz it happened after sex then i bought pills over the counter juss to stop.The diarrhoea stopped and now am experiencing pain in the toilet doing my stool and its coming out with bright red blood what can it be

One of the possibilities for your symptoms is of ulcerative colitis which is a type of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) that affects the lining of the large intestine (colon) and rectum. It can cause abdominal pain, diarrhea and bleeding from the rectum.

Ulcerative colitis (inflammation of the colon) is usually diagnosed by a colonoscopy or barium enema. My suggestion is to consult a physician and get this possibility evaluated.
