Diarrhea since three weeks of age

My 11 month old baby has had diarrhea sine he was born pretty much , Maybe once a week he'll get a normal stool , We have to change his pants and bedding everytime he poo's, It is extremely liquidy, it changes color from week to week,We have tried changing his formula many times with no success, He also has a couple of other health issues so every time i go to the doctors there never concerned about this only his other problems, I don't know what to do anymore, I'll give you a little description of what has been going on,
1- At 3 weeks of age started projectile vomiting, with Dehydration.
2- 5 Weeks of age had a an ALTE. he stopped breathing for 5 minutes due to mucus in his lungs and thoat where he was blue and limp.
3- 7 Weeks old the projectile stopped, with previced, And changed his formula to lactose free
4- The last 11 months he has had breathing problems, Rattling in his throat all the time he chokes trying to move the mucus.
5- He was put to sleep in august to try and find out why all these things keep happening, The diagnosed his with aspiration they put him on a product called thicken up to see if the liquids could stop going into his lungs, He was also diagnosed with Asthma, He also has reflux..
6- We have been to the childrens hospital about 70 times in the last 11 months.
We really don't know what to do anymore, The daycare is starting to get a little worried as well due to the fact his bowel movements are not normal,
The medications he has been on is Retitadine, Nexyum, Previcide, dexamethazone,Ventiline, Flovent and thicken up.
He is now 32 pounds at 11 months due to the dex he had that twice.
now his stools are liquidy all the time the vary in color to light yellow to medium brown last week it started getting worst with dark green and pure water. Decemeber 1st as well he had a fever of 104 for three days i brought him to the hospital they took x-rays and sent us home and told us they would call us if they found anything two weeks later i had a check up with the respitory doctor and he informed me that he had aspiration ammonia, where the hospital never called to tell us this.
formula that he has been on is Enfamil, Good start, enfamil Soy, enfamil Lactose, Parents choice, Parents choice for toddlers, similac and similac advanced.
He has never slept through one night he wakes up for 1 to 7 bottles a night he will scream until he cant breath anymore if we don't give it to him. He have tried everything the last two weeks have been getting worst he wakes up in a screaming like he is in extreme pain, ANd we cant seem to find what is bothering him he think it is his belly. SO if anyone reads my story and can help with suggestions that would be greatly appreciated.....

Sounds a lot like my son.... To start, the liquid going into his lungs is caused by his reflux. Depending on the severity, this can happen with severe reflux. The rattling in his throat could be a lot of things.... If is is worse when he is on his back but when you flip him to his tummy and it seems to go away it is called laryngomalacea, it's a floppy cartlidge causing the noise and it often sounds like mucuosy as well. In most cases, reflux and laryngomalacea go together. As far as the night wakings, reflux will contribute to it, most babies will act hungry as the acid burns their esophagus and having a bottle is the only way they know how to get rid of the pain. The diarreah could mean a cows milk protein allergy or intolerance. Their are a lot of symptoms to an allergy or intolerance. Cramps, poor sleep habits, rashes, etc. My son is also on thicken up mixed in his formula to assist with the reflux as thicker foods are less likely to reflux, but with the thicken up comes diarreah for him as well, so it is hard to say why your son is having diarreah. Just a suggestion, as far as formula goes, if he is still on it, I would try him on Nutramigen or Alimentum. They are both hypoallergenic for babies with a cows milk protein allergy. They are more broken down than regular formulas so they body doesn't normally reject them as it doesn't usually recognize the cows milk protein. My son is currently on Alimentum and he is much better. These are all things my son has and the symptoms you are describing sound a lot like him. Hope I was helpful.

Cystic Fibrosis?
Has he been tested for Cystic Fibrosis? I strongly STRONGLY suggest he be tested. It is a blood test and takes about 3 weeks to come back. Please research this and speak to your dr. it is very important it be diagnosed and treated. Good Luck, I am so sorry to hear you are going through this Sad
