Q: diarrhea on the pill?

I have heard that diarrhea makes the pill less effective.
A few times this month, I had some un-solid stools (sry, TMI), but not really bad diarrhea.
I got my pill period, and it went away after 4 days, (mild to heavy cramping, so I'm assuming it means im not pregnant)

then I had sex (though there was no ejaculation) on the last day of my inactive pills.
could i be at great risk for pregnancy?

I don't think you're at serious risk of pregnancy. From what I understand, prolonged diarrhea or vomiting can lessen the effectiveness of the pill but a few times should not cause any problems for you.
