I ran a marathon over 4 weeks ago and have had diarreah ever since.
Tried imodium but it helped occassionally. I used have used imodium for a week Instead of diarreah all day I had two loose stools on two mornings of the week that I used imodium. Now I seem to be sleepy and tired during the day.
My running seems to be fine except for the pit stops.

You need to see a doctor. This is not normal. You should see a doctor if you have diarrhea for more than a week, if not before.

Also, make sure you aren't getting dehydrated, so drink plenty of fluids (keep your electrolytes up). That could be why you are tired. But mention it to the doctor anyway.
