Q: diarrhea at end of pregnancy

I have had severe chronic diarhea for the past couple of days. I had to attend the hospital on Friday 9th October as I thought I was in labour. It turns out I have only dilated 1cm but the diarhea has got more severe. I am in constant pain in my lower back and I am constantly getting braxton hicks.

Is this normal to have diarhea at this stage?

Thanks

Emz

Hey emz-how are you feeling now? With my first I had the same like you. The diarhea was bad,and I woke up one morning with the urge to use the bathroom, and when I was walking I noticed fluid coming out and I couldn't hold it and it was my water breaking. I had the horrible diarrhea the night before also.

Just wondering how you are!!
