i have had diarreah for the past week now and my stomach has been hurting quite a bit and i was wondering if that was caused because i have forgotten to take my citalopram sometimes in the morning glance

You need to find out what side effects are when taking that drug...or ask your pharmacist...

If it continues then make an appt with your dr.
