hello and welcome sounds like you have reflux oesophagitis..i get heartburn really bad and gets to the stage where i feel chest pain..its when fluid escapes from the stomach into the wind pipe and can cause throat inflammation..i was prescibed OMEPRAZOLE, one tablet daily and this has worked greatly for me. mine starts in my diaphram and feels like trapped wind then its a burning feeling in my throat from the acid build up. see your doctor and get something for it as it can get really painful.
hope this helps you.
