Q: Diane 35 side effects ?

Hi,I have started to use Diane 35 because of hirsutism and acne.
Sometimes I've got feel to loose breath,but I don't have other symptoms.
Also I have 75 kilos and I am tall 174 cm.
I've done blood test everything is OK,no one in my family doesn't have diseases(cancer,high blood pressure).
Can I took some other pills after this first packet of Diane 35?
I think that this medicine is strong for me.
P.S.
I'm from Europe,Bosnia.We don't have much pills on our market.We have Logest,
Mercilon, Yasmin, Jeanine ,Microgynon,Legravan,Cilest,Diane 35.
What should I can took from these pills.
