my wife aged 36 has been diagonised for SCA. Genetical tests and SCA 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, 11 were conducted and are normal. Her mitochondiral test is also normal. her problems is mainly slurred speech. she is having slight gait while walking ie. also now and then. her tandem walk is positive. presently she is not taking any medicine in allopthic system. homeopathy medicine she is taking, as of now no use. please help us
