Q: diagnosing pain in neck and head

hello recently i have been getting very bad pains on the left side of my head this then progresses into what seems like a migrain covering the back of my head aswell just more recently i have an achy neck due to this what exactly is wrong with me... i keep looking on websites to find answers about tumors and things.. please help x

Chances are that it is not a tumor. I understand it is frustrating having a severe pain and not knowing why. This type of presentation is very common. It may be posture related.

If your ear is not in line with your shoulder then your neck muscles have to fight to keep your head on your neck. Because of this the muscles get tight and inflamed and refer pain to your neck and head. You might consider consulting with a chiropractor to get this issue resolved. Good luck!
