Given the symptoms you provided (lump near anus, grows each day, pain), you might be experiencing inflammation of the skin glands or an ingrown hair. You might want to visit a proctologist for a visual examination, in order to determine the exact cause and have the adequate treatment. Meanwhile, you might want to apply over-the-counter anti-inflammatory creams on the lump.
