Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The symptoms that you describe could be suggestive of possibility of vaginal infection. Go ahead with visiting your gynecologist/obstetrician for examination and thorough evaluation to confirm causative agent. Get started on appropriate treatment as indicated. Get your partner also treated simultaneously to prevent re-infection and avoid having intercourse while being on treatment. Once infection is clear, you can discuss your pregnancy plans with your treating gynecologist/obstetrician (presence of infection can hinder chances of pregnancy). Get started on appropriate treatment for the ovarian cysts to help you have periodic ovulation (by use of medications) to increase pregnancy chances. Be in regular follow-up and monitoring of your treating gynecologist/obstetrician.
Take care.
