Hello,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out. It is extremely difficult to predict about the prognosis of the disease without firstly knowing the diagnosis. The diagnosis will depend upon the biopsy of the hilar mass.

It could possibly be a malignancy of the lung. Sarcoidosis is another possibility. The common treatment options are surgery/chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Please consult a chest physician for the same. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
