i need to know how to work with my insulin and my diet. i randomly just give shots to myself and i think i am too high or going to low. thanks

Hello

I have heard that obesity or excessive fats can lead to worsering your condition so I think you should be very carefull with your diet. As for the insulin problem I can't tell you anything because I don't know.Good luck!
