Earlier symptoms were nausea after eating, thought I may have flu, now just extreme swelling/gas. I realize I may be diabetic but does gas, diziness, and stomach swelling also follow? I have appointment in June for doctor. Shortly after I eat, my stomach immediately swells and pants are uncomfortable. This lasts all day.
