diabetes, heart attack, cholesterol. I stopped All meds.

I have diabetes insulin dependant,metforman 2x aday, I had a heart attack and have a metal stint,no spleen,cronic hep c,11 knee surgeries and they want to replace one,high colesterol,high blood count testing for lucemia,renal failer,internal bleeding,steel rod in left femer,mesh in my stomack from a hernia,and a few other minor things. I also suffer from deppresion,anxiatyand mood swings. I have been on all kinds of drugs for these things including 800 mil of seriquil because they say I'm sycotic. I stopped ALL meds and want to know what will happen and how long will it take
