I was recently diagnosed with type II diabetes. There is a lot of information out there about the kinds of vitamins to take and I don't know how to chose. Does anyone know from experience or otherwise what I should be taking?
Thanks!

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Balanced diet on its own is nutrients rich, you can take any multivitamin you like, almost all are same.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
