You may have been experiencing hypoglycaemia. It may have also been the shower; if it was too hot it may have precipitated the fainting by temperature effects on BP or you may have been dehydrated.

I would like to know:
1. Do you urinate frequently?
2. Are you hypertensive (high BP)?
3. How old are you?
4. What is your diet like?
5. What exercise/activities do you do?
6. When was the first time this has happened?

If you are concerned, you should visit your GP. If diabetes is a differential they can do some blood tests to see if it is indicated.

Yes i do urinate a lot , i have a very fast paced life so i would probably say i do have high blood pressure, im 22, my diet is average at the moment i would be very health conscience but lately i would not be eating enough fruit and veg and drinking a lot of water , i would exercise in the gym once a week whereas i use to go gym every second day and the first time i experienced anything like this was three years ago when i was nineteen.

Active User, very eHealthy
Welcome
Signs of Diabetes
sweating
urinating more frequently
constantly hungry or thirsty
fatigue
rapid weight loss

You are more at risk of Diabetes 2 if:
you have immediate family (parent, grandparent, or sibling) with Type 2
you have had Gestational Diabetes
you are overweight
you are in senior years

If you are concerned, you should see your Dr. and get tested.
