Q: deviation / crepitus but no pain at night

I've asked this once before with only one reply - so forgive me for asking again, but I am so very frustrated - and worried, to tell the truth....
I have all the typical symptoms - deviation/crepitus/muscle pain, etc. But this is the thing....
I have ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN WHILE SLEEPING or upon awakening, and then it begins somewhere - in front of ears, muscles, ear pain, whatever.
Can anyone relate to this or respond to it. It makes me think it is purely muscular in nature, and when I am reclined there is no muscle pulling, etc. I don't know - thanks for your time.................
